Powdercoating
All products that are powdercoated go through a high pressure degreasing section which cleans the metal thoroughly of grease, small metal particles or any surface dust. The cleaned item is treated with a phosphate solution so as to increase the rust resistance as well as create optimum powder adherence. The line operated with automatic powder application booths for a constant even finish. A comprehensive range of standard colours is available and kept in stock. For large quantities, special designer colours can be obtained, but these do have a waiting period.
