At All Metal Products, we strive to provide our clients with the highest quality metal manufacturing services while maintaining transparency and fairness in our business practices. We understand that circumstances may arise that require the cancellation of a job, and as such, we have established the following cancellation policy.

Cancellation prior to purchasing materials or manufacturing commencing
 

If a customer wishes to cancel a job prior to All Metal Products purchasing materials or prior to manufacturing commencing, a cancellation fee of 25% of the total project cost will be charged to cover administrative and preparatory expenses incurred.

Any deposits or payments made prior to cancellation will be held as a credit against the business account, minus the cancellation fee.

Cancellation once materials have been purchased, but prior to manufacturing commencing
 

If a customer wishes to cancel an order after materials have been purchased but before manufacturing has started, they will be required to pay the full cost of materials that have been purchased.

No refunds will be provided for deposits or payments made, as materials cannot be returned or refunded.
 

Cancellation once manufacturing has begun
 

Once the manufacturing stage has begun, cancellations are not permitted, and no refunds or credits will be provided. The customer will need to make payment, and accept delivery of the order once complete.

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to sales@allmetalproducts.com.au . Our team will review each request promptly and apply the appropriate cancellation fee based on the stage of the project and expenses incurred. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with our cancellation policy, which allows us to maintain the efficiency and integrity of our operations while serving our clients to the best of our ability.
