Our two CNC machines, with a maximum size of 3000mm x 1500mm, provide exceptional accuracy and versatility in cutting and shaping sheet metal. These machines allow us to work with intricate designs, ensuring precision and consistency in every product. Whether it’s a large-scale industrial part or a detailed component, our CNC machines deliver superior results.
Our Swiss made HJO CNC Hydraulic Guillotine can be programmed to accurately cut sheet metal to the exact millimetre with capacity up to 6mm thick. Once cut we are happy to pack on pallets and despatch to your destination!
We are equipped with four CNC press brakes and specialized benders capable of bending materials up to 3000mm with a 120-tonne capacity. With a 7-axis bender, we can achieve complex bends and angles in sheet metal to meet the precise specifications of your project. This capability ensures that every part is formed exactly as required, with high precision and quality.
We specialise in MIG, TIG, and spot welding, ensuring that all custom fabricated products have strong, reliable joints. Our experienced welders handle both large and small-scale projects with precision. In addition, we are material specialists in steel, stainless steel, and aluminum, allowing us to tailor your project to the best material based on functionality, durability, and cost-effectiveness.
